MANILA – The Chinese Coast Guard's (CCG) use of "jet stream pressure" water cannon

against Philippine vessels on routine humanitarian mission to Bajo de Masinloc has heightened the tension in the West Philippine Sea, a Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) official said.
